COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERY

Collection

If you would prefer to arrange your own delivery or collection from us in Pretoria, you are most welcome. Simply select "Self Collect" during checkout. Once the order has been confirmed, provide the name and contact details of the person/courier coming to collect the order, as well as the likely collection date & time. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipments/Delivery

Printed makes us of The Courier Guy as our preferred courier company within the borders of South Africa and we will quote you on shipping costs should you choose so during check-out. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number you may use to track your shipment.

You may also make use of your own courier, in which case it will be handled as a normal collection by us. Please select "Self Collect" during checkout.

Courier pricing is dependent on the following:

- Shipping Address.

- Parcel size and weight.

- How soon you require delivery after the order has been filled.

Please note that the courier cost is covered by the buyer. When placing your order, select "Courier" during check-out or request your sales assistant to include delivery on your order and provide them with the following information:

- all items to be delivered (if not already specified),

- contact details of the person who will be available to receive the delivery (incl. name and phone number),

- full delivery address (incl. house/apt number, building, street, area, postcode, etc.)

- and any special instructions for the delivery.

Once your request is received, a quote will be supplied to you for review (valid for 5 working days). If you would like to proceed, confirm that with your sales assistant and they will process the order and arrange the delivery date & time.

Please note that printed.co.za does not mark up any 3rd party courier delivery quotes.

Note:  We always strive to have your order processed and shipped (or ready for collection) within 5 working days of receiving payment (pending order size, level of customisation and stock availability from our suppliers.
